For Independent travellers There are thousands of travel agencies in the West Coast. We will only be able to suggest some of them that we have seen. However, you may also want to try the electronic travel agency, Reservations Desk Incwhich allows you to work out travel itineraries and purchase tickets from your desktop computer using the Web!

A combination of tickets via London could be less expensive. London fares are about $370 (SFO-LON) plus #149(about $220) for the London-Athens return.

By ship You can book Aegean cruises with Renaissance Cruise line and see the Islands, stopping at Athens, Santorini, Heraclion, Rhodes and Kusadasi from $995 per person, double sharing, (some other conditions apply). The cruise lasts 6 days. Call Renaissance at 800/525-5350 for more information.

You can also get package deals such as the one offered by Tourlite (212/599-2727 or 800/272-7600) which costs from $1029 and includes air, 6 nights in an Athens hotel, breakfast, sightseeing and 3-isle cruise or from $1549 for a Mykonos combined which includes a 3 day stay and a 3 day cruise.
